For colleges, universities, foundations, and professional organizations who want to support the success of their pre-tenure faculty, I provide a series of on-site workshops. Each workshop is designed to address the core dilemmas facing new faculty, post-doctoral fellows, and advanced graduate students as well as provide concrete, empirically-documented, strategies for success. The workshops serve as community building events and provide an opportunity for individual scholars to learn concrete skills to make a successful transition from graduate student to professor.
